Are you wanting to make changes to elevate your wellbeing? Wanting to get healthier, move more, eat better, sleep better, feel better about you? Or perhaps you're feeling out of sync with yourself and want to reconnect and find clarity around who you are and where you are heading?

I'll help you unlock the changes you want to create. You are in the driver's seat of your life, but sometimes we leave the car in cruise control. I'll help you get back in control, at a pace you are comfortable with and in the lane you want to drive in.

you are the focus!

The coaching process is designed for you to connect with what drives and motivates you. Through this emotional connection you'll be able to create the change you want in your life. With my caring nature and insightful intuition, I will help you take control of your wellbeing.

The Process

1 /   After you sign on to the FREE 30-minute discovery session you'll be sent a 'getting to know you' form and a booking link where you can select a time to connect with Sarah, either face-to-face, in Napier or via zoom.

2 /  At your FREE discovery session you'll build on what Sarah has learnt from your 'getting to know you' form and delve deeper to understand what you want to get from wellbeing coaching. Importantly you will see if there is a good rapport between you both as that will be fundamental for your coaching partnership.

3/   Together with Sarah you will discuss how many sessions you may require to reach your goals. There are three bundle options - depending on what you want to achieve.

Coaching bundles:

4 x sessions = $690

8 x session = $1200

12 x session = $1650

4 /   The discovery session is 30 minutes and each following session is 45 minutes.

5 /   Sessions can take place via Zoom, over the phone or in my Napier office.

"The last month working with Sarah has been wonderful. Quite a journey & very thought provoking. When I reflect on where I was at the start of the me spot™ programme to the end I feel I have grown with some good (but personal) realisations along the way. Thank you Sarah for your guidance along this path. It is the start of a very good journey!"

In real life (haha!!) I'm a working Mum, juggling kids, and their active schedules, predominately on my own as my husband is away a lot, and looking after a cute but mischievous Labrador called Beau and a pretty and delightfully bolshie cat named Coco! I'm constantly working to elevate my life balance, squeezing in exercise and prioritising catch-ups with family and friends. And I love to eat well and get lots of sleep. Some days I nail it, and others, it's right out of whack – but, hey, that's life!

I've always had a hunger for self-development and personal growth, right back to my teenage years when I read books and attended philosophy courses and healing workshops. Back then, it was deemed a bit airy fairy or new agey and indulgent, but I was always looking at ways to learn more about myself and why I behaved as I did. On reflection, I was finding my place in the world.

A few decades later (eek!), and a tonne of ‘life’ experience under my belt, I was thinking about the numerous books and articles I’ve read, the countless podcasts I’ve listened to, the vast number of workshops I’ve participated in and seminars I’ve attended, all of which have culminated in a lot of information I want to share. While individually, each activity added to my understanding of myself, this rather accidentally fortuitous approach to the journey didn’t need to take as long as it has.
