How it Works

Our 'Solo but Supported' programme suits women who prefer to do things on their own and feel they just need to refresh their relationship with themselves.

You'll receive two videos and corresponding worksheets per week over a period of six weeks (12 in total).

You will also have two 30-minute check in calls with Sarah, ideally one at the end of week two and the other at the beginning of week six. These support calls provide an opportunity to chat through the process or any areas you may be finding more challenging.

FAQs

Are you qualified?

Yes! I have the following, formal qualifications:

· Auckland University of Technology · Bachelor of Communications
· PreKure Health Coaching Certificate
· Yale University certificate in the Science of Wellbeing
· University of Michigan certificate in Finding Meaning and Purpose in Life

Alongside these internationally recognised qualifications, I have also been on a lifelong journey to discover more about self development, from leaders in the field through workshops, seminars, books and podcasts.

How long is the me spot™ Authentically You programme?

The program runs across six weeks and each week you will receive two videos and two worksheets to complete.

What does the programme cover?

Over six weeks we'll identify what really matters to you; your strengths, values, passions and life purpose. You'll gain a deep self awareness that will empower your decision making, making you happier, more present and more fulfilled. Our work is grounded in research that shows understanding your purpose can positively impact your overall health and life longevity, and make lifestyle changes easier.

Why is the programme six weeks?

We are delving deep and there will be a lot to digest. Our research indicates people feel they can commit to six weeks without other life pressures taking over. The programme is structured in a way that builds on each weeks' learning; this approach ensures the knowledge and understanding gained will be weaved into life beyond the programme.

How much time will I need to put in each week?

As with anything, the more you put in the more you will get out. Again, please don’t rush this incredibly special process. You will need a minimum of 20 minutes a day or a couple of hours per week were you won’t be disturbed. Just like a 20 minute walk in the fresh air, 20 minutes devoted to your daily growth will help you to reconnect.

How long do I have access to the learning videos and material and coaching?

I appreciate that finding a clear six-week gap to complete the course may be a struggle, from holidays to illnesses and life's unexpected things. So, I've left some wiggle room for the coaching, allowing up to 12 weeks for sessions to be used starting from when you sign up for the six-week programme. You have unlimited access to the videos and worksheets.
